For an international pharmaceutical company located in the Greater Berlin area, we are currently looking for a permanent full-time position to be filled as soon as possible:

Project Management Officer SAP (m/f/d)

Your duties:

• The Innovation Office department supports the functional departments in efficiently designing their operational processes.
• Around 45 employees plan, develop, support, and optimize modern IT applications based on a secure IT infrastructure, which effectively shape and efficiently support the business processes of all company divisions.
• Our client needs your support for their SAP implementation!
• As part of this role, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and controlling project activities and resources, as well as tracking deadlines.
• You will also assist with change processes and moderation of organizational interfaces.
• In addition, you will create concepts, project outlines, and system specifications.
• You actively participate in the creation of project plans. You will prepare, coordinate, conduct, and follow up on meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Furthermore, you will assist in identifying optimization potential and deriving measures.
• As part of process controlling, you will provide organizational support and assistance in the implementation of target processes and the initiation of continuous improvements.
• You will monitor and control project progress and prepare status and result documentation.

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• First professional experience as a project and/or change manager or in a consulting role would be advantageous.
• Your knowledge in project, process, improvement, and change management of business processes complements your profile.
• Additionally, you may also have knowledge in the field of organizational theory.
• You can rely on your practical and theoretical knowledge when applying moderation and analysis techniques.
• In addition to your analytical thinking, goal orientation, and teamwork skills, you are characterized by quick comprehension, a high degree of independence, and initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in both written and spoken German and English, are essential for your international communication and collaboration with colleagues on-site.
