We are currently seeking a permanent full-time position for an international leading Executive Search company at the Frankfurt/Main location:

Experienced Executive Search Consultant (m/f/d)

Your duties:

• You are responsible for the overall success of your business, from acquiring new mandates, providing ongoing support and advice to your clients, to candidate sourcing and successful placements.
• You will develop new business areas and build them successfully from the ground up.
• You will proactively search for new business development opportunities and generate leads.
• You will maintain and expand meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, including business events, working lunches, personal meetings, etc.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with candidates.
• You will develop talent pipelines through lead generation, sourcing, headhunting of candidates, etc.
• You will recruit candidates based on specific technical requirements, working closely with clients.
• Your skill focus is on Life Sciences, Finance, IT, or Engineering.
• You will ensure excellent communication, collaboration, and a positive culture within the team and lead by example.
• You will have a keen eye and ear for the market, identifying key business trends and opportunities to stay at the forefront of the industry.
• You will promote and participate in networking events.

Your qualifications:

• You bring experience and proven success in the field of specialist recruitment, specifically in permanent placements, and you are proficient in one of the following areas: Life Sciences, IT, Finance, or Engineering.
• You are articulate and feel comfortable engaging in business meetings and communicating with important clients on an equal footing.
• You thrive on the close collaboration with motivated colleagues, drawing positive energy from it.
• Working independently and taking ownership of your tasks is driven by your high level of intrinsic motivation.
