Product Owner Corporate Functions (m/f/d)

Your duties:

• The position Product Owner Corporate Functions (m/f/d) is a key cross functional role  that creates a trusted network of IT and Corporate Functions (Finance, Global Communications, Legal, Corporate Strategy and Global Business Development) to drive the future IT solution and data roadmap.
• The candidate should be a trusted advisor who gives strong support to a senior leadership team of Corporate Functions organizations to build the future process, data and IT/solution landscape.
• In this position the candidate owns E2E all IT solutions in Corporate Functions organizations and acts as requirements engineer, process consultant and project manager.
• Strategic responsibilities:
• Co-create the Corporate Functions data and IT solution landscape
• Orchestrate our stage gate/demand process to bring ideasto new IT solutions, helping Corporate Functions to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas and manage their IT project portfolio
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation
• Build a trustful relationship with business leaders of Corporate Functions
• Guide a product-oriented IT team that owns E2E all Corporate Functions IT solutions
• Act as project manager and ensure excellence in project set-up and execution
• Operational responsibilities:
• Build and maintain process, data and IT Solution landscape of Corporate Functions
• Maintain stage gate/demand process and IT project portfolio for Corporate Functions
• Own all IT projects in Corporate Functions and ensure quality in execution
• Communicate/report Corporate Functions IT demands, projects and solution services KPIs to all relevant stakeholder

Your qualifications:

• Professional experience education:
• Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
• IT professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations
• Strong background in processes and IT in pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects as well as in process management and the implementation of software and systems
• Soft skills and knowledge:
• Solid knowledge of IT technologies in Finance mainly and other corporate functions or supportive functions
• Advanced project and process management (BPMN) skills as well as proven change management ability
• English fluent and preferably one further European language
• Excellent in stakeholder people management at all levels
