For our client, an internationally renowned Executive Search Agency, providing executive search services to forward-thinking organizations across Financial Services, Real Estate and Industry sectors, we are looking for the an expert in permanent employment for the position of:

Partner – Germany (m/f/d)

Your duties:

  • Collaborate with the UK team to expand, develop and solidify our clients´ position in the DACH region and broader continental European market, as the supplier of choice
  • Become an ambassador and “knowledge developer” for our clients´ brand in the DACH region and broader continental European markets
  • Work with clients to develop a deep understanding of their executive hiring needs
  • Lead end-to-end executive search projects including candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing and final selection, ensuring seamless and effective recruitment process
  • Utilize market research and industry expertise to identify potential candidates, levering both traditional and innovative sourcing methods
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates and industry stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth
  • Expand and develop our clients´ client base through your own network
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate between practice areas to ensure successful project execution and achievement of business objectives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our search methodologies, tools and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our clients´ services
  • Work closely with the wider business of our client to increase headcount, where necessary, in the German and wider European market
  • Help to develop staff members both professionally and personally in the German office

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree level qualification
  • Fluency in German and English languages
  • A minimum of 4 years retained Executive Search experience operating in the DACH region or broader continental European markets
  • Demonstrable track record successfully identifying and placing executive-level candidates
  • Strong knowledge of the German business landscape, industries and executive talent pool
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record in business/practice area growth initiatives
  • You are happy to work autonomously but will always be a team player
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
