For our client, a market leading Niche-Recruitment-Company, we are currently seeking for their local headquartes in the Rhineland, an experienced:

Managing Director Germany (m/f/d)

Your duties:

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the IT recruitment industry and be responsible for driving growth, managing the team, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing operations in Germany.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve business goals and growth targets for the German market.
• Manage the overall operations of the company in Germany, including recruitment, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the IT industry.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service to clients and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the German operations, and report to the board on a regular basis.

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar senior leadership role in the IT recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the German IT recruitment market and industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of the Contracting- and the Permanent-Model.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies and achieve growth targets.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
