For our client, a leading recruitment agency with nine locations across Germany, which is currently experiencing immense growth due to its business model and excellent management structure—and, as one of the few recruitment companies this year, has significantly expanded both its market share and profits (at least six new locations in Germany are planned for next year)—we are currently seeking to fill a permanent position at the following locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Ulm, Stuttgart, Munich, and Nuremberg. Responsibilities:

• Focus entirely on the candidate side and build your career: Unlike most companies where career advancement requires a shift to sales, our client offers seven different levels of development on the Recruiter (m/f/d) side!
• Be the matchmaker in partnership with Business Managers: Collaborate closely with experienced sales colleagues to fill our clients’ open IT vacancies.
• Take smart approaches: To find suitable candidates, you’ll create and post job ads, conduct active sourcing activities, and search in our client’s expert pool.
• Act as a guide: Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates, create candidate profiles, and support the application process through to hiring by the client.
• Drive the company forward: Continuously expand your network of IT experts and think outside the box.

Qualifications:

• Solid foundation: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Psychology, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience: You are career-driven and bring extensive experience in recruiting, ideally in IT.
• Resilience: You work in a results-oriented manner, motivated to continuously improve your performance.
• Language skills: Fluent German skills and good English skills to communicate with our international experts complete your profile.
