Sales & Marketing Consultant (m/f/d) – for 13 possible locations (location is selectable)

For our client, a leading recruitment agency with nine locations across Germany, which is currently experiencing immense growth due to its business model and excellent management structure—and, as one of the few recruitment companies this year, has significantly expanded both its market share and profits (at least six new locations in Germany are planned for next year)—we are currently seeking to fill a permanent position at the following locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Ulm, Stuttgart, Munich, and Nuremberg. We are looking for at least one:

Sales & Marketing Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be anchored in the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Act as the growth engine for our client.You will be responsible for planning and implementing acquisition measures to attract new clients and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Operate as an “information detective.”
  • To do this, you’ll research potential new B2B clients with exciting projects for our IT experts and carry out targeted outreach via phone or LinkedIn.
  • Contribute strategically: Through expanding the client portfolio and organizing sales processes for the sales team, you’ll play a central role within the team.
  • Get to the root of things: You’ll support social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and optimize acquisition strategy through market and customer needs analysis.
  • Transition to Sales Consultant may be seamless if desired and performance permits.
  • However, if you prefer to focus on candidate or marketing sides, there are six development levels available depending on experience (Trainee, Professional, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Manager, Senior Team Manager).

Qualifications:

  • Strong theoretical foundation: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on client acquisition, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • Goal-oriented: You have a clear career focus and bring some initial experience in telephone sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Persuasive: You know how to connect with people—especially over the phone.
  • Language skills: Proficient German skills and experience with MS Office complete your profile.
