For our client, a leading recruitment agency with nine locations across Germany, which is currently experiencing immense growth due to its business model and excellent management structure—and, as one of the few recruitment companies this year, has significantly expanded both its market share and profits (at least six new locations in Germany are planned for next year)—we are currently seeking to fill a permanent position at the following locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Ulm, Stuttgart, Munich, and Nuremberg. Business Manager IT (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Be the growth engine for our client: Conduct in-person and digital client meetings, building and expanding your client base through networking and proactive acquisition.
- Customer orientation is your middle name: Support and advise your clients in meetings on the service portfolio or project-related questions.
- You’re a negotiation expert: Lead contract and pricing negotiations with your clients to a successful close.You specialize in 180-degree recruiting and focus entirely on sales.
- Conserve your energy: Our client’s recruiting team handles the search for suitable experts for your clients’ IT vacancies.
- Leverage the flexibility of your role: Manage all three contract types (contracting, temporary, and permanent) to balance your clients’ needs across market demand waves, significantly boosting your bonus.
- Benefit from continuity, experience, and excellent onboarding: The average employee tenure is over seven years, which is phenomenally long in the recruitment industry.
Qualifications:
- Solid foundation: You have a completed degree or comparable qualification.
- Your experience speaks volumes: With your sales experience in the staffing industry, you impress clients by successfully placing IT experts.Ideally, you already have experience in IT recruiting.
- You’re a knowledge hub for clients and candidates: You leverage your strong IT knowledge to engage meaningfully with both clients and candidates.
- Language skills: Proficient German and English skills for communication with clients and experts, along with strong MS Office skills, round out your profile.
