For a leading risk and compliance management company, we are seeking—effective immediately—for a permanent position:

Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Leipzig

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in the German market
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to schedule meetings and develop the pipeline
  • Maintain and update the CRM database
  • Monitor the market and competition to identify new opportunities
  • Support the preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Attend events and trade fairs to build and nurture the network

Qualifications:

  • Initial to several years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity
  • Enjoy proactive customer outreach and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills, results orientation, and self-motivation
  • Structured work style and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent German skills (C1 or higher) and good English skills
