For a leading risk and compliance management company, we are seeking, with immediate start, a candidate for a permanent position as:
Sales Manager / Account Executive (m/f/d) – Leipzig or Remote within Germany
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in Germany
- Build and maintain long-term relationships at decision-maker level
- Present and position innovative cybersecurity and compliance solutions and services
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with technical consultants and marketing teams
- Attend trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
- Prepare proposals, forecasts, and reports
- Take ownership for achieving and exceeding defined revenue and growth targets
Qualifications:
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or SaaS
- Proven success in hunter/new-business sales and developing new market segments
- Good knowledge of the German IT market and an understanding of complex technological solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High self-motivation, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German skills (C1 or higher) and good English skills
