AI Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Data Integration and Management:
• Connect and integrate data sources using APIs or web scraping techniques.
• Develop and maintain a centralized database for structured and information.
• Optimize data pipelines for large-scale processing on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Outreach Automation:
• Create dynamic, personalized email templates and integrate with automation tools like SendGrid or Amazon SES.
• Design backend APIs for automated email campaigns and real-time response tracking.
• Interactive AI-Driven Assessments:
• Build customizable, role-specific questionnaires in JSON/XML formats.
• Develop AI avatars using platforms like Synthesia and integrate with NLP engines like OpenAI GPT for interactive candidate assessments.
• Design and train neural networks:
• Optimize and refine AI models using real-time feedback and NLP analysis.Develop video conferencing systems using APIs such as Twilio or WebRTC.
• Advanced Evaluation:
• Implement sentiment analysis and contextual scoring for responses.
• Leverage speech-to-text and computer vision technologies for evaluating vocal tone and gestures.
• Develop AI-powered algorithms:
• Automate the generation of detailed performance reports and insights.
• Design intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Backend Expertise: Strong skills in Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js, and API integration.
• Frontend Development: Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for user interface design.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data modeling.
• AI and Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with NLP (OpenAI, Hugging Face), TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and scaling.
